We provide convenient product Return and Exchange policy under the following condition:

*Product return or exchange is acceptable within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. Original invoice must be submitted.

*Exchange and refund inside shop only.

*Products to be exchanged must be in the original pack with all related contents and accessories. Also, hygienic, personal care products, and software products may not be returned or replaced unless in a sealed pack and unused.

*Products must be unused and undamaged.

*In the case of a product purchased with a gift coupon, bundle offer, gift …etc, then you must also return the gift coupon, bundle offer, gift unused and in the original package.

*In case the Product has a defect, or if the existing defect cannot be made rectified without affecting the quality of the product performances. If the quality of the Products will not be compromised, we may have the right to reject replacement or return of the product.
