Please wait until after your estimated delivery date (on your shipping confirmation email) before contacting us, as our team is unable to advise on your delivery until after this date has passed. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping email with a link to track your parcel.
I need to cancel or amend my order
Most of the time it won’t be possible to amend an order once it’s been placed. As soon as you realize you need to make a change, please get in touch so our Guest Service Centre can check if this is possible. We can’t make any amendments more than 24 hours after your order was placed.
